As your Health Coach, I will support you in several areas of your life to find balance and well-being during our sessions together. I will help you nourish your mind, body and soul by guiding you to clearly identify sustainable Health and Wellness goals.

This is not a quick fix and it is not a diet. Most diet and fitness programs fail to get results that last or more likely flat out fail. To be healthy all you really need is to be empowered with the knowledge about how nature intended you to eat and move. As well as a purpose beyond just being healthy, for which your health enables you to passionately purse and to be encouraged, challenged and supported.

The unfortunate reality is that the diet and fitness industry “PROFITS” by not delivering sustainable results for you. They profit from your dependency and confusion.

Every year, or even every few months, a "NEW" diet regimen, exercise routine, or health "breakthrough" comes about, requiring you to learn something new and spend more money, leaving you frustrated, burned-out, and with no results to show for it all.


As your Health Coach I will take the guess work out of being healthy by guiding you to create small sustainable goals in support of your journey to be better and feel great. I am here to make you the expert of your body, not force you to diet system that won’t work in 6 months.

I’ll EMPOWER YOU with the knowledge to understand how to eat and move to get the most out of your body, so that you are no longer "on" or "off" any certain program.

As your physical Health Coach I will guide you on how to add movement in your life. Find fun physical movement you like to do outdoors, indoors or just by adding more activity to your day. If you get bored, try something new.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent high blood pressure? No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good,” cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides.

No. 3: Exercise improves mood
Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.

Winded by grocery shopping or household chores? Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

Exercise and physical activity can be a fun way to spend some time. It gives you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting. So, take a dance class, hit the hiking trails or join a soccer team.


Learn daily self-care practices to nourish you soul. Self-care is a way to recharge our mental and emotional energy. If we don’t practice self-care on a regular basis, we will eventually feel drained and burned out. Self-care doesn’t have to take a ton of time; in fact, sometimes it’s the quick, simple things that are happening on a regular basis that keep us recharged such as meditation, making a gratitude list, practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness is the ability to stay in the moment and not be distracted by outside noise.
